John E Foote

John E Foote, of Layton, UT, passed away unexpectedly February 13, 2023. Our family is deeply shocked by the loss of our brother, uncle, nephew and cousin.  John was born on November 17, 1970 to Charles Foote and Jean Brooking Foote. 

John was a unique individual. He loved a good adventure.   He loved hiking, camping, sailing, fishing, reading, and shopping.

John served in the United States Navy for 8 years and National Guard Reserves for 2 years.  He had a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.  He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

John is survived by his brothers David (Michelle) Foote and Doug Foote, his sister Cindy (Tom) Arnold and his nephews and nieces.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Foote and Jean Foote.

Family and friends may gather on March 25, 2023 from 6 pm to 7 pm for John’s Life Celebration. 

Cremation Services were provided by Lindquist Mortuary.
