Our beautiful, highly anticipated, angel boy, John Stephen Perry, arrived and departed mortality on Friday, October 29, 2021. John is the precious son of Stephen Mark and Valerie Smith Perry and is sealed to his family through sacred temple covenants. Although we love and will miss him deeply, we are so comforted by the power of the Atonement and the Resurrection and for the knowledge that John is now safe and loved in our Heavenly Father’s care.

John was preceded in death by many loved ones, including his older brother, Charles Wendell Perry, his cousins, Jeffery Perry Cheney and Elias Smith as well as his grandfather, Eldon Perry.

John is survived by his parents, and his older brother, James Edward Perry, as well as a large family consisting of his grandparents, great-grandmothers, aunts, uncles and cousins who mourn his loss. We love you, John, and anxiously await the time when we can be together again.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 6, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 N. Main St., Kaysville, Utah. A visitation for friends and family will be held prior to the services from 10:15 until 10:45. Burial at the Kaysville Cemetery will follow the services.
