LAYTON a€" John Francis Quinn, 75, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2009 at his home from Non- Hodgkins Limphoma.

He was born September 21, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York the son of John Dennis and Margaret Regina Lynn Quinn.

John served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War as a radio operator on a C124 during which he traveled the world extensively.

John married Burl G. Chatwin on January 21, 1955 in Clearfield, Utah.

He was a member of the LDS Church and enjoyed photography and computers. John loved his family.

Surviving are his wife Burl, sons John D. Quinn, Michael Quinn, daughters Vicky Quinn, Cathleen David, Patricia Knowles, Susan Konchar, 26 grandchildren and sister Margaret McHugh.

Preceded in death by his daughter Jeannie Quinn.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 20, 2009 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends and family may call Monday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Park at Layton 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
