Joseph "Pepe" Villarruel, III

Joseph "Pepe" Villarruel, III, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at home surrounded by his loving family. He has returned to reunite with his mother, father and brothers.

He was born May 3, 1952 in Ogden, Utah to Joseph R. Villarruel and Ruth C. Reyes. Our Dad was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many. He was a giving and caring person to everyone that he met. Dad, you will remain close to our hearts and will be remembered by the memories that you made and shared with us.

Pepe is survived by his children, Joe IV, Ernest, Gloria, all of Ogden; six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; five brothers, Richard (Norine) Ramos, Clinton; Ronald (Janet), South Ogden; Bob (Pat), Salt Lake City; Tony (Cathy), Harrisville; Arthur (Elaine), West Jordan; three sisters, Cynthia, Layton; Rose (Higinio) Garcia, Clearfield; and Ruth (Joel) Marroquin, Taylorsville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, David and Jay.

Remember Dad, you will always be dear to us, you will be missed by everyone that knew you but will never be forgotten.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, February 9th at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.

The family will meet with friends Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
