Wayne Morgan

Joseph Wayne Morgan passed away September 29, 2024 at the age of 86 in Ogden, Utah. He was born September 14, 1938 in Ogden, Utah to Joseph Ira and Jennett Lillie Jacques Morgan.

He was a graduate of Morgan High School in Morgan, Utah. He lived in Utah, Arizona, Nebraska, Washington, California and Colorado.

 Wayne married Carolyn Bradford on July 30, 1958 in Elko, Nevada. They were later sealed in the Mesa Arizona Temple on April 15, 1967. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he held many callings and was always willing to serve.

 He enjoyed fishing, hunting, traveling, woodworking, working on cars, Arabian horses and spending time with his family.

 Wayne was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn B. Morgan. He is survived by his brother, Dave (Linda) Morgan, sons; Michael (Natalie) Morgan, Nicholas (Sara) Morgan, his daughters; Marilyn (John) Liljenquist, Cathy Morgan Milne, Julie (Davey) Baldwin, 25 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren.

 He was proud of his family and loved being with them, loved teaching his grandkids how to fish and work on cars, loved any time being “on the river” and he enjoyed telling stories about his life experiences.

 Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
