CLEARFIELD a€" Joshua Jonas Minty, beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin and friend, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2010. He was a very loving and caring person who loved sports, music and working out.

Joshua was born June 7, 1978 in Portland, OR. He was raised in Utah and graduated from Washington High School in 1999. He worked for several construction companies, convenience stores and restaurants, most recently eight years at Utility Trailer in Clearfield, Utah.

He is survived by his mother Susan Kish, Clearfield; fathers Ronald Minty, Wichita, KS and Timothy Kish, Fruit Heights; sisters Rhonda Delgado, Clearfield, Shalya and Kylee Minty, Wichita, KS; brother Curtis Kish, Clearfield; brother-in-law Pedro Delgado, Clearfield; four nephews, Dayton, Jerry, Evan and Pedro Delgado; grandparents Lona J. Jonas, Clearfield; Mary and Keith Minty, Las Vegas, NV; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Preceded in death by his grandfather, Evan R. Jonas.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 N. Fairfield Rd. Friends may visit family on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. prior to services at the mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at Goldenwest Credit Union in Joshua''s name.
