Joy Verona Bradley Hill

CLEARFIELD a€" Joy V. Hill, 85, died Wednesday, September 5, 2007 in Clearfield.

She was born July 2, 1922 in Blackfoot, Idaho, a daughter of Edward Bradley and Maud Good Bradley. She was raised in Idaho and Montana.

On June 4, 1939, Joy married Arthur M. Hill in Butte, Montana. They moved to California and Idaho during World War II and then moved to Utah in 1960. Art died November 3, 1980.

Joy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had worked in the Primary in both Idaho and Utah.

She worked at Big V Drug in Sunset and Kmart in Ogden.

Joy''s main interest and joy was her family. She was always there to help her children and grandchildren and was a wonderful example for all of us. She would be there at a moment''s notice and give all she had to help others.

Joy is survived by two daughters, Arlene and Cherri, and one son, Rick (JoAnn). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. We will miss you always Grandma.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one sister, and six brothers.

The family would like to thank her dear friend Jean for her support and friendship, and also Brenda and Summit Hospice for their kindness and support for the family.

No services are planned at Joy''s request. Cremation under the direction of Lindquist''s Crematory.
