Joyce Bench

Joyce Janet Bench residing in Layton, Utah passed away on January 26, 2018, at the age of 84 years old in Ogden, Utah.

She was born March 29, 1933.  Her mother was Margaret Elison Wilkinson and her father was Rennard Clifford Green.  She married DeLoy E Bench on August 31, 1951 in Provo, Utah.

She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and faithfully served in many church positions.

She is survived by her children Vickie Cardwell, Julie (Derek) Duchein, Kae (David) Lloyd, Mickie (Niel) Pace, Grant (Brenda) Bench, Jeff (Hilary) Bench, DeLoy Jr. (Lori) Bench, Joyce (Gary) Hunzeker, Jacob (Marlo) Bench, and Hollie (Eddie) Poboy; along with 150 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by DeLoy Bench, Joanne and Carl Parsley, Lisa Bench and Adam Cardwell.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10 a.m. at the Aspen Cove Ward Chapel, 789 E. Wasatch Drive, Layton.  Friends may visit family Friday, February 2nd from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road, and Saturday, February 3rd from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. at the church.

Interment, Provo City Cemetery, 610 So. State Street, Provo.
