Joyce Day

LAYTON – Joyce Kay Miller Day, 75, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at her home.  She was a life-long resident of Layton.

She was born September 30, 1941 in Kaysville, Utah the daughter of Michael W. and Vera Winegar Miller.

Joyce married Stephen Day on May 29, 1958 in Kaysville, Utah.

She liked taking day trips and her dogs.

Surviving are Stephen her loving husband of 59 years, sons, Allen (Terri) Perry, Frank (Liz), Clearfield; daughter, Debra (Ron), Las Vegas, NV; and six grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her son Ricky Lynn, parents and brother, Michael Miller.

Graveside services will be held Friday, December 23, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Kaysville City Cemetery, 500 E. Crestwood Road.  Friends may visit family Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 North Main.
