Joyce S. Richins

Joyce S. Richins, 78, passed away Monday, February 16, 2009.

She was born November 6, 1930 to John F. and Jesse Reeves Seaman, in Ogden, Utah.

Joyce married Donald Kay Richins on November 16, 1951, in Ogden. They made their home in Roy. Don preceded her in death on November 10, 2007.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Joyce enjoyed snowmobiling and boating. Her hobbies included stained glass and doll making.

Joyce is survived by her son, Larry D. (Cynthia) Richins, Farr West; her daughter, Stacy (Wes) Lansford, Colleyville, TX; seven grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Lou (Don) Spenhoff, Clovis, CA.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.

The family wishes to thank the staff members of Vista Care Hospice, Family Tree and Emeritus Estates for all of their loving care.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 21st at 2:00 p.m. at the Roy City Cemetery, 5200 South 2300 West.
