She was born to Violet and Earnest Matson on August 29th, 1937 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Joyce is survived by her son Steve Davis, two grandchildren (McCall and Grey) and great grandchild Bennett.

Her husband Romeo Valletinni preceded her in death. Romeo's son Joe and Peg and their children Joe, Romeo, Nicole, and Nic. Romes other grandchildren all embraced Joyce in to their family, she was referred to as Nana by all. They all embraced her, promoting comfort, care, and always lots of love.

Joyce was generous and sincere with her feelings of love to her families and many friends.
