Joyce Poll Weaver born March 7, 1940 to Royden Vine Poll and Chloe May Jaques in Ogden, Utah. Passed away surrounded by her loving family on Friday April 12, 2024.
Joyce met and married Theron Wilde in 1955 they had one child, Cindy Mae. They later divorced and she met and married Patrick Schools. She had two children Wendy Le and Misty Ann. They later divorced and she met and married the love of her life, Daniel William Weaver, they had one child Ashley Danelle. They were married July 23, 1979 and went through the Ogden LDS Temple a year later to be sealed for time and all eternity. Joyce was a devout member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She loved to laugh and spend time with her loving family and dogs. She loved camping, fishing and travel. She worked for 30 years for Davis County School District as a coordinator for the school foods association. She later retired and enjoyed gardening, embroidery and supporting her grandchildren in their activities. Joyce and Danny served as ordnance workers in the Ogden Utah Temple for many years.
She is survived by her husband Danny Weaver, younger sister Joann Stone (Don) and her children Cindy Wagner, Wendy Sawyer, Misty Barrett, Ashley Weaver and gained a son by marriage Derek Qurante (Ann). She had nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren Tyson & Jordan Wagner (Tayce, Ozzie), Jordan & Matt Cahoon (Covey, Nixon, Macklyn), Brittany Sawyer, Bret Sawyer, Kelsy & Jared Lemle (Khloe), Connor Barrett, Seneca Qurante, Samantha Qurante, Sophia Qurante. She is preceded in death by her parents Royden Vine Poll and Chloe May Jaques Poll as well as eight brother and sisters Royal Vine Poll, Rhea Westbrook, Delbert Poll, Ray Charles, Edward Poll, Dorthy Markham, Max Poll and one grandson Justin William Wagner.

Funeral services will be held Saturday April 20, 2024 at the Syracuse 9th Ward Chapel, 1469 W. 700 South, Syracuse, Utah. Friends and family may visit Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church prior to the service. A celebration of life will follow the funeral service in the culture hall.
