JUANITA ASTIN ERICKSON SNOW EDWARDS

1927-2014

Beloved wife and mother, Juanita Astin Erickson Snow Edwards passed away on November 19, 2014 in Bountiful. She was born November 24, 1927 to John Darrell and Dora Irene Sparks Astin in Salt Lake City, Utah.  She married Coit Erickson and they had three children Mark, Gae, and Dean, later Brian joined the family, they later divorced.  She then married Dalton Snow and were later divorced.  She then married Van Edwards until his death in 1981.

Juanita worked at Hill Air Force Base in Aviation Electronics.  She had a great love for her country.  She was a member of the LDS Church and the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

She is survived by sons Mark (Monica) Erickson, Thornton, CO. and Dean (Lynda) Erickson, Woods Cross, UT; 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.  Preceded in death by her husband Van, her daughter Gae, son Brian, brother John and sister-in-law Katherine.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 24, 2014 at Bountiful City Cemetery.  Friends and family may visit from 9:45-10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary 727 N. 400 E. prior to the services.
