Judith Anne Evans
Judith Anne Evans, 74, passed away Monday, November 15, 2021, at Apple Tree Assisted Living. She was born March 16, 1947, in Coalville, Utah to Albert Perry And Annie Ruth Mulford Taylor. She married G. Terry Evans on November 25, 1966, and they are the parents of three daughters.
Judy grew up in the small town of Evanston, Wyoming. She had fond memories of being a Red Devil Cheerleader, working as a car hop at a fast-food drive inn, and living next door to her childhood sweetheart and future husband, Terry. After high school , she attended beauty school, and then became a wife and mother. Her primary job was being a homemaker and taking care of her daughters whom she loved and adored.
She served faithfully in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in many capacities including Primary President, Young Women’s and Relief Society. Her daughters especially loved when she could attend girls camp with them.
Judy loved University of Utah football and basketball, she and Terry attended many games together. She loved camping, the mountains, taking Sunday drives, traveling with their trailer and taking their girls on fun trips.
Judy is survived by her daughters, Lisa (Greg) Johnson, Kaysville; Andrea (Brian) Hatch, Clinton; Julie (Jared) Johnson, Syracuse; Nine grandchildren, Two and a half great- grandchildren, and her brother Steve (Terri) Taylor, West Haven. She was preceded in death by her husband Terry and her parents.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 19, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. at Lindquist’s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 N. Main Street, Kaysville, Utah. Friends may visit with family from 10 to 11:30 a.m. prior to the service at the mortuary.
Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
