Judy A. Palmer Our “Sweet Judy Brown Eyes” SOUTH OGDEN – Judy Ann Palmer 57, peacefully passed away Friday, January 23, 2009 at her home from cancer. Judy was born March 16, 1951 in Ogden, a daughter of William Dale and Wilda May Kidman Williams. She attended Weber County Schools and was a cheerleader at Roy High School graduating in 1969. She also attended college. Judy married Karl Larsen Palmer on October 25, 1980 in South Ogden. Everyone was attracted to her sense of humor. She was very artistic in drawing and she could take a plain rock and turn it into loveable creature or a lovely rock village. She loved trips to Wendover, St. George and Mesquite, golfing with her husband, family and friends. In her younger years, Judy was quite the dancer. She worked at Cutter Lab and retired from Kimberly Clark. Judy was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She helped in Cub Scouting and served as a Sunday School Secretary. Judy was the glue that held the family together. She loved life and shared it with her family, friends and loving husband, Karl. Her life was also shared with two sons, Ian Palmer and Cotie Joe Lane. Surviving are her attentive husband, Karl, her sons, Ian and Cotie; one sister, Tanna Hanson, Wichita, KS; four brothers, Blaine (Marie) Williams, Roy; Wayne (Cindy) Williams, Cottontown, TN; Brent Williams, and Scott (Mari) Williams, both of Roy. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Dallas Dale Williams. The family would like to thank Dr. Harold Johnson and his staff for their loving care. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 27 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd., with Blaine Williams officiating. Family and friends may pay their respects at the mortuary on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Interment, Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Send condolences to the family at: www.lindquistmortuary.com
