Judy Lynn Griffith

Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, Judy Lynn Griffith returned to her Heavenly Father on Wednesday, July 29, 2009.

She was born on March 25, 1957 in Ogden, Utah where she spent her entire life. She attended Ogden High School and had a passion for sports. She was extremely talented in basketball, volleyball, and softball where she participated in many championship games.

Judy married Marlin Griffith on August 2, 1976 in Ogden, Utah and became an instant mother to Lance Edris (Yong) Griffith. She later bore three children, Adam Phillip Griffith, Amy Virginia (Cole) Daeschel and Michelle Ladell (JP) Shepherd.

Judy was an incredible woman and touched all those who knew her. Judy was a selfless, loving woman. Her passions were her family and genealogy. She spent many hours in her research for her family and countless others. Judy changed so many lives and her spirit will be truly missed

She is survived by her husband, Marlin, who dearly loved her; her children and four grandchildren, DJ Griffith, Avrie Lynn Griffith, Kaylynn Kierra Daeschel and one on the way, Cole Adam Daeschel.

May she rest in the peace that she deserves. She is truly loved by all who knew her.
