Judy Robertson Hammon

August 4, 1944 ~ March 2, 2015

Judy Robertson Hammon passed away Monday, March 2, 2015 at her home. She had fought and fought until her little body could fight no more.

She was born on August 4, 1944, the second child of Audrey Taylor and Robert E Robertson. She was the only girl and had three wonderful brothers.

On August 17, 1963 Judy married Bruce Hammon and they have been together for 51 wonderful years. From this union came her two beautiful daughters, Stacey (Scott) Divin and Jennifer Hemmert.

Mom dedicated her life to being a great wife and mother. She also has three awesome grandchildren who love her to the moon and back, Skyler, Shayden and Savannah.

She loved to go shopping, bubble baths, toenail parties and sitting around the fire pit. Most of all she loved getting her hair done. She always had to have that “Poufy Doo” and no one could mess with her coiffure. She also loved her four legged companions, Rusty, Mugsy and Harley.

Judy is survived by her husband Bruce, daughter Stacey (Scott) and brother Mark (Tammy) Robertson. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Dennis and Rick and daughter Jennifer.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South. The family will meet with friends on Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday one hour prior to the services, 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.
