Julie Kae Cheshire

July 12, 1952 ~ Nov. 23, 2017

Our beloved mother and sister, Julie Kae Cheshire, passed away on November 23, 2017. She left this life filled with hardship and suffering to return home to a new life filled with peace.

Julie was born July 12, 1952 to Sylvan and Carol Cheshire. She lived in Ogden, UT, her whole life and graduated from Bonneville High School. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

She deeply loved her family. Julie was kind to all of the friends she made. She always had a smile on her face. She showed us love through all of her trials, and never gave up. She made beautiful handcrafted embroidery, which was one of her favorite pastimes.

Julie is survived by her daughter, Melissa (Liji) Jinaraj; granddaughter, Mika Jinaraj; sisters: Susan Cheshire, Cindy (Michael) Whitten, Sandra (Donald) Calhoun; nieces: Krystal Whitten, Shaylynne (Tyler) Bott; nephews: Cody Whitten, Dalen Whitten; great-niece, Annalise. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sylvan and Carol Cheshire.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., Ogden, UT. Family will visit with friends on Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.

The family would like to express thanks to Crestwood Care Center for giving Julie such wonderful care. They would also like to thank Inspiration Hospice for their compassionate care.
