Julie Layton

Julie died at her home on September 6, 2018.  She was born on March 27, 1956.  Julie’s parents are Robert G. and Barbara Flint Iverson.  She grew up in Kaysville, Utah, in a home full of love and peace. Julie attended Burton Elementary, Kaysville Junior High School, and graduated from Davis High School.

Julie married Brian K. Hale in the Salt Lake Temple on October 11, 1974.  She had three children with Brian.  They were later divorced.  Julie married Greg Layton. They were later divorced.  Julie remained a single mother for the rest of her life.  She is preceded in death by her father, Robert.

Julie was fun loving, kind and made friends easily.  She had a beautiful smile and was always eager for a fun adventure.

Julie is survived by her mother, Barbara, sister, Kaye Lininger, brother, David Iverson (Jena), and brother, Brad Iverson (Shu Mei).  Also, she is survived by daughter, Ericka Waiss (Alan), sons, Robert Hale (Mercedes), Randy Hale, granddaughters, Keida (daughter of Ericka) and Jada (daughter of Robert.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, September 16, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.
