LOGAN a€" Julie Maxine Nielson passed away Saturday, November 26, 2011.

She was born July 29, 1961 in Ogden, Utah, the daughter of Phillip and Gladys Hickman.

Julie married Brad K. Nielson. They were later divorced.

Julie managed "Glady''s Place" in Fish Haven, Idaho from 1995 to 2009, and greeted everyone with her beautiful smile.

She was a non-denominational Christian.

Julie loved her family, crocheting and reading.

Surviving are her mother Gladys Tilt, step-fathers, Victor Tilt and Brian Erickson, two sons, Zachery Douglas (Amanda) Nielson, Richmond; Joshua Brad Nielson, West Valley City; grandson, Zander, Richmond; granddaughter, Naomi, grandparents, Olivia (William) P. Christiansen, Kauai, Hawaii; brothers, Brent Erickson, Logan; Brad Erickson, Sandy; and Scott Erickson, Mendocino, CA.

Preceded in death by her father, Phillip Hickman, grandparents, Jim and Jean Hickman and grandfather, William Christiansen.

Memorial services will be held Monday, December 5, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road. Friends may visit family Monday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the mortuary.
