JulieAnn Sadie Hutchins

JulieAnn Sadie Hutchins blessed our lives on Wednesday, August 20, 2008 at Davis Hospital in Layton, 16 weeks premature. She was then airlifted to the University of Utah Medical Center. Our time spent with her was that of a God-send. After a short struggle our precious angel passed through transition from our loving arms on Friday, August 22, 2008.

We will forever weep due to JulieAnn''s absence. "Spread your wings baby girl. We love you. You''ll always be our little angel. You''ll be greeted by loved ones and missed by all".

You entered our lives so delicate and small. Your body was so fragile that you couldn''t take much at all. You touched our lives in so many ways: that life isn''t fair and you were taken from us after just two days; you are now an angel that is so true; we know you''re in loving arms, and we all love you. But don''t worry baby girl, for even though we''re apart, we''ll never forget you, because you''re forever in our hearts.

JulieAnn is survived by her parents, Richard Hutchins and Roselyn Gomez; brother and sister, Issac and Sallyna; grandpa, Roger Barela and grandma, Altha (Mike) Hornsby; God-parents, Bobbie (Martin) Arvizo, loving uncles, Manuel (Faith) Barela, Anthony (Martha) Barela, and many other loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandpa, Lewis E. Hutchins, grandma, Sally L. Barela, uncle, Joseph "Sefo" Barela, and many other relatives.

We would like to express a special heartfelt thank you to Dale Hardy, Michael Healy, the staff at Generations, the nursing staff at Davis Hospital, the U of U NBICU, Dr. Contrerrez and the crew of Life Flight for the exceptional care you gave to our baby girl JulieAnn.

Funeral Mass will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary''s Catholic Church, 4050 South 3900 West, West Haven with Father Rock officiating.

Friends may call at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South on Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch, 1718 Combe Road.
