Julyn T. Brooks Our loving Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, and Friend, Julyn T. Brooks, 49, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2013. She was born on January 20, 1964 in Salt Lake City to Lynn Albert and Lois Ann Martin Thomas. She married Clark Brooks in 1983 in Ogden, Utah. They later divorced. Julyn graduated from Weber State University with a Bachelors Degree in Radiology. She loved helping people and taking care of them. She also had a love for animals. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Julyn is survived by her sons, Adam and Andrew Brooks of Ogden; daughters, Amanda (Joe) Rivera, West Wendover, NV and Abigail Brooks, Ogden; 5 grandchildren; parents, Lois (Bill) McNair, Ivins, UT and Lynn Thomas, Salt Lake City, UT; and brother, Jeff (Tonya) Thomas, Naperville, IL. She was preceded in death by her older brother, Trent Thomas. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Arrangements entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
