OGDEN a€" Our beloved sweet Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, and Friend, June Heindel passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Wasatch Care Center on December 6, 2010 at the age of 88.

June was born April 17, 1922 a daughter of Floyd L. and Leona Daggett in Westfield, Pennsylvania.

She married George E. Heindel on November 8, 1946. They moved to Hummelstown, Pennsylvania in 1952. June was a licensed beautician and George worked at Middletown Air Force Base. She also sold Avon and Princess China.

They moved with their family to Ogden, Utah in 1965 after George was transferred to Hill Air Force Base. While living in Utah she was employed by Grand Central and Max Factor.

June enjoyed cooking, baking, crocheting and spending quality time with her family. June loved holidays and made them very special. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were her precious treasures.

Surviving are her brother, Fred Daggett, FL; three children, George (RaNae) Heindel, Roy; Joan (William) Dawes, Ogden; Hugh (Shiela) Heindel, Lehi; 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, nine great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her husband George E. Heindel, her parents and two sisters.

Her cute sense of humor and wonderful smile will be greatly missed by all. June''s family would like to thank Dr. Glen Biddulph for his special care of their mother. They would also like to thank those at Wasatch Care Center who cared for and loved June.

Family will greet friends at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
