Justin Dennis Sillito
On December 13, 2017, we lost our son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew and friend, Justin Dennis Sillito. He was born on December 14, 1992 and was happy to be a Canadian born American wearing it proudly on his right leg. He didn’t need to be the center of attention, but always provided his family and friends with lots of laughs and endless hours of campfire stories as we learned about his latest life adventure. Justin never complained, he did what he needed to do even if it meant riding his bicycle from Roy to Farmington so he could work at Lagoon when he was just 14 years old. He always had a job and had worked the past several years alongside his mentors aspiring to someday be a Plumber.
He was warm hearted, and showed unconditional love to everyone, ready to greet you with a hug. He was extremely dedicated and always loyal. He never wanted to disappoint anyone even if it meant borrowing a report card from someone else. Justin enjoyed hangin’ with the bro’s and the cuz’s going camping, fishing, duck hunting, snowboarding, riding motorcycles, boogie boarding at the beach or sitting around just doing nothing. Although our hearts are broken and we will deeply miss him, we find comfort in knowing he will be spending Christmas with “Poppies” this year. He will be deeply missed by his parents Carmen Smith, Corey and Nadine Sillito, his younger brothers Jared Sillito, Jordan Wood, Jacob Wood, Jaxson Sillito, his girlfriend Jacquelyn Duncan, countless friends and family. Forever grateful for the time we had him here with us and touched by his sweet spirit, we celebrate his life and promise never to forget him at a Memorial Service in his honor on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 North Fairfield Road.
