Kaitlin Lynnell Taylor aka “Kit”

July 20, 1994- November 22, 2014

SYRACUSE - Kaitlin Lynnell Taylor aka “Kit”, 20, tragically passed away from the result of a car accident Saturday night, November 22, 2014.

She was born in Oxnard, CA to Clint and Kelly (Miller) Taylor.

She leaves behind sisters Lauren Goms, 24; Courtney Taylor, 18; and Carley Taylor, 13; grandparents Dale Miller of Ahwahnee, CA; Bev and Dave Lundgren of New London, IA; Great-grandparents Doris and Everette Taylor, Stan and Tina Hill, Norma Hill, all of Mt. Pleasant, Iowa; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Mike Taylor, grandmother, Charlene Miller, and Barbara Miller.

Kaitlin loved country music, going to concerts, spending time with her sisters, and her many friends. She was a role model and impacted many children of all ages with her amazing love of life. Kaitlin had such a warm, contagious smile that would light up a room, and an infectious laugh that would find a place in every heart that heard it. She will not only be missed by her family and friends, but an entire community that had the honor of knowing her.

A memorial in Kaitlin’s name will be held Saturday, November 29, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit family Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.  All are welcome to join the family in thoughts and prayers.
