Karizma Franki Chauntelle Freston

HOOPER- Our special angel, Karizma Franki Chauntelle Freston, left the confines of her earthly body and returned to Heaven on Friday, January 14, 2011.

Born to loving parents, Porsha Marie Wayment and David Aaron Freston on December 28, 2010.

She leaves behind her brother Valo, grandparents: Kari Wayment (Christian Coty) of Ogden; Frankijo and David Freston of Hooper, and numerous special great grandparents, uncles, aunts, cousins and dear family members and friends

The family would like to express their sincere and heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Ogden Regional Hospital NICU as well as the NICU staff at Primary Children''s Hospital.

It has been said that a mother is God in her Child''s eyes. Karizma taught us that God can in fact be seen by a Mother in Her Child''s eyes. We are thankful for her time on earth, and we will never forget the love she inspired in all she touched during her short time with us. Karizma, you will always be with us in our hearts and looking down upon us as our Guardian Angel. We Love you Izzy Bear.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 18th, at 2 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 W. 5600 S.

Family will greet friends from 12:45 to 1:45 p.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, West Warren Cemetery 6700 W. 700 N.
