Karren E. Gronau SUNSET – Our beloved mother Karren E. Gronau, 69, passed away Wednesday, October 31, 2007 in Oracle, Arizona. She was born October 16, 1938 in Rigby, Idaho the daughter of Darrell and Loretta Collier Radford. Karren married Melvin J. Gronau on November 12, 1955 in Menan, Idaho. He preceded her in death on October 30, 1997. She resided in Sunset for 34 years and raised her family there. Karren was a member of the New Day Christian Center and was devoted to her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She supported the Teen Challenge and loved being with her family. Surviving are three sons, Kevin (Debi), Oracle, AZ; Darrell (Lisa), Goodyear, AZ; John (Amber), Uintah; four daughters, Gloria (Will) Harger, So. Weber; Betsy (Russell) Croft, Murtah, ID; Melanie (Brian) Dinsdale, Clearfield; Susan Weaver, So. Weber; 17 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two brothers, Darrell Radford, Oracle, AZ; David Radford, Tacoma, WA; three sisters, Mary Nadine Vanning, Mineral, WA; Myrna Evatt, Crowley, TX; and Janice McDermott, West Point. Preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother, Kirk Radford. Memorial services will be held Friday, November 9, 2007 at 5 p.m. at Lindquist’s Clearfield Mortuary, 1050 South State Street. Friends and family may call from 4 to 5 p.m. at the mortuary.
