Kathie Belinda Tiger, passed away at the age of 62, on Sunday, June 12, 2022. She was born on August 25, 1959 to Keith W and Charlene Jackson Palmer at St. Benedict’s Hospital in Ogden, Utah. She attended local schools in Ogden and graduated from Ogden High School in 1977. She also attended classes at Weber State University.

Kathie worked for the Internal Revenue Service and retired in 2007. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Her devotion was to family and friends.

She loved to travel and had a tendency to adopt animals and raise them like family.

Kathie is survived by her father, Keith W. Palmer; her siblings, Scott and Myrleen Palmer, Kristie Dixon, Ron and Leslie Martin and Jason and Cindy Palmer and nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Charlene Palmer and niece, Heidi Ann Martin.

She will be dearly missed by her loved ones.

Kathie requested that she be cremated with no services. Arrangements entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
