Kathleen Annie O''Neil Blamires died on August 18, 2010, surrounded by her family. She had recently celebrated her 95th birthday. She was born August 7, 1915 to Annie Louisa Hobson and Charles Priestly O''Neil in Sheffield, England. Kathleen, parents and brother immigrated to Utah in 1920. Two other siblings were born in Utah.

She married Clifford C. Blamires on December 9, 1938 in the Salt Lake Temple. They were brought together by a love of music in the church.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford, brother, Brian O''Neil, sister, Dorothy O'' Neil Burton, grandsons, Brian Johns and Todd Blamires.

She is survived by her children, Jeneil B. and Richard Johns, Spanish Fork; Kent and Gayle Blamires, Ogden; and Kevin and Debbie Blamires, Kaysville. She is also survived by one brother, Kenneth and Vivien O''Neil, Boise, Id; one brother in law, Melvin P. Burton, Bountiful; 17 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Kaysville East Stake Center, 201 South 6th East. Friends may visit family Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Kaysville Mortuary, 400 N. Main and Tuesday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church. Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
