Kathleen Westover

September 25, 1955 — March 20, 2018

Kathleen Ryan Westover, loving wife of Robert Logan Westover, passed away unexpectedly March 20, 2018 at Davis North Hospital. Kathleen and Robert were married for 42 and were best friends. They were the parents of five children. She prayed for them every day.

Kathleen grew up in Idaho and was the daughter of Beth and F. Jack Ryan. She had five siblings. She loved the life of a farm girl. She moved to Clearfield, Utah in 1995 to take care of her husband’s parents, Bernell and Clark Westover.

As a member of the Clearfield 2nd ward Kathleen loved to sing in the choir. She always made sure her family made it to church. Kathleen loved her Savior. After church she loved watching Professional football, and cheering for the Denver Broncos with her son James.

History was one of Kathleen’s favorite things. She often had a book in her hands or a documentary on television. She would be so excited to share what she learned she would tell you with her eyes closed.

Kathleen faced her share of trials. She handled them to the best of her ability.

Kathleen will be remembered for her love of animals. She always cared for every stray cat that crossed her path. She owned several pets over the years. Her favorite was raising horses, something she missed living in the city. She put all of her children in 4H.
