Kathryn Mae Hiler

Kathryn Mae Hiler CLEARFIELD – Kathryn Mae Hiler (Kate), 89, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2010. She was born on February 26, 1920 in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. She married her sweetheart in Harrisburg, PA. She moved to Utah in 1967 with her husband and daughter. She was a member of the Clearfield Community Baptist Church. Her hobbies were Bingo and supporting the Utah Jazz, volunteering at the Clearfield Senior Center and playing cards. Surviving are her daughter Janell (Ernie) Green, Clearfield; two granddaughters, Kari (Clint) Ebarb, Danielle (Jason) Meyer, three great-granddaughters, Jessica, Cheyenne, Shaylee and one great-grandson, Colton. Preceded in death by her husband, Howard K. Hiler, six brothers and sisters. Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 7, 2010 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Clearfield Mortuary, 1050 South State Street. Friends and family may call Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m. at the mortuary. Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
