Kathy A Halverson

Kathy Ann Halverson, 67, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was born February 7, 1956 to Joel Clark Halverson and Kathryn Jensen, the first of eight children. Kathy was raised in Uintah Highlands, Utah, and graduated from Bonneville High School in 1974.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was a loving mother to her three daughters and adored her five precious grandchildren. Kathy graduated with honors from Weber State University and worked as a registered nurse for 21 years.

She was a talented seamstress, enjoyed lapidary, painting and crafting. She also loved to travel and especially enjoyed the outdoors with her RZR.

Kathy is survived by her husband, Charles Grisim; daughters, Heidi Thomas, Melanie (Lane) Olson, and Jamalle (Jason) Hansen; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
