OGDEN - Our Daughter Kathy Anne Hoskins 46, returned to her Heavenly Father May 20th 2010, to a pulmonary embolism.

Born in Ogden, UT to Jack A and Anne C Hoskins on March 12th 1964. She graduated from Ogden High school in 1982.

She was married to Bill Nelson in1986.

She has worked at McKay Dee Hospital Medical Record Dept, Washington State University Hospital as the Director of Medical Records and Director of Records at Crestwood Care Center in Ogden.

Kathy is serviced by her Parents, One Sister and Brother in law Jodi (Alvin) Hood, Three Nephews, Nathan Hoskins, Zachary Cole and Perry Jones; Seven Great Grand Niece''s and Nephew''s.

Kathy was a caring and giving person she had a special need and gift for taking in Animals in need of love and rehab like her loving dog Max.

Kathy left behind her Corneas as a gift to another.

Her Cremation was provided by Lindquist''s Mortuary and a Memorial Service will be held at The Genesis Project on 270 12th Street at 6:00 p.m.
