Kaybree Sheron Jablonski

Our sweet baby girl, Kaybree Sheron (Leyba) Jablonski, returned to her Heavenly Father, while in the arms of her mother, on Sunday, September 14, 2008 at Primary Children''s Hospital.

Kaybree was born July 14, 2008 at McKay-Dee Hospital where she spent ten days in the NICU. She was then transferred by helicopter to Primary Children''s NICU on July 24th.

Kaybree loved to be held. She also enjoyed looking into the mirror and listening to music, especially the tunes played by her little lamb. She got to feel the wind on her face and be out in the sunshine on September 12th, when we took her outside for the first time. In the short time she was here, Kaybree''s strong, sweet little spirit touched all of those who knew her.

Kaybree is survived by her parents, Joshua and Danielle, of Roy; grandparents, Jake and Sheron Leyba, of Roy; Gary and Lorie Hatcher, of Hooper; great-grandparents, Stan and Irene Groberg, of Farr West; Don and Linda Higley, of Brigham City; one great-great-grandmother, Phyllis Archiblad, of Pocatello, ID; three aunts, Tina Leyba, of Roy; Mindy (Shawn) Colby, Mikelle Hatcher, of Taylorsville; three uncles, Buck Exstrom, of Clearfield; Jonathan (Heather) Walters, of South Ogden; Shaun Walters, of Roy; one cousin, Emilee Waters, and two pom poms, Tiko and Lilly.

She was preceded in death by great-great-grandparents, Jose and Fidelia Leyba.

The family would like to thank the staff at Primary Children''s for all the love and care they gave our little angel.

Funeral services will be held Friday, September 19th at 11:00 a.m. at the Roy 31st Ward Chapel, 3345 West 5200 South.

Friends and family may call Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist''s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South and Friday at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m.

Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
