Kaylene Klopfer Allen was born on July 27th 1975 to W. Herbert and Carolyn Klopfer in Salt Lake City, Utah. She attended and graduated from Salt Lake's West High School and went on to earn a degree from the University of Utah in Psychology.
After working in the secretarial field, she obtained employment at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day-Saints Office Building, where she specialized in hymn, font lay-out and related application services.
She met and then married Paul Wayne Allen in August of 2014. Becoming a mom soon thereafter was, undoubtedly, her greatest joy in life. Her Kaitlyn and Emily became her whole world -- and she loved being a stay-at-home mom more than anything. She absolutely adored her girls, Paul and their life together.
Kaylene enjoyed nature, especially leaf-turning views in the fall, hiking, writing poetry -- especially hilarious ones on cards and napkins that Paul would find often on the kitchen counter. She absolutely loved spending quality time with Paul and the girls.
She is survived by her husband Paul, daughters; Kaitlyn and Emily, parents, Herbert and Carolyn, her brother Lane and her sister Michelle. She was preceded in death by her sister Alisa.
