Keith L. “Bunk” Krause

March 29, 1930 ~ August 23, 2016

Keith L. “Bunk” Krause, 86, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016.

He was born March 29, 1930 in Allentown, Pennsylvania to Earl Stanley and Viola Kuehner Krause. He was raised and educated in Allentown where he resided until a year ago when he moved to Clinton, Utah.

Keith proudly served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

On April 25, 1950, he married Virginia A. Beischl in Allentown, PA.

He was a Christian. Keith worked for Posh and Krause Rebar Company.

He was a member of the VFW and Iron Workers Local 36.

He enjoyed all sports, he loved to golf and play cards with his family.

Keith is survived by his wife, Virginia, their children, Keith (Roneta) Krause, Walnut Port, PA; Debrah (Rory) Sparlin, Las Vegas, NV; Melody (Bill) Adams, Clinton, UT; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren; five siblings, Earl Krause, Dawn Miller, Frank Krause, Charlene Werkheiser and Darrie Krause. He was preceded in death by a sister, Fawn Brittenburg and a brother, Russell Krause.

A gathering in Keith’s honor will be held Monday, August 29, 2016 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Roy Mortuary, 3333 West 5600 South.
