Keith G. Leishman passed away on April 23, 2017.  I was born in Ogden, UT on November 9, 1929 to Harry and Alverta Gibson Leishman.

I married LouJean Sneddon in 1950 and we have one daughter together.  Lou Jean passed away in 1996.

I started working in 1950 for the OUR & D Company.  Then in 1952 I went to work for the Union Pacific Railroad working as a conductor from Salt Lake City to Green River, WY; retired in 1992.  Loved to golf and hunt birds with my beloved dog Jake.

I am survived by my daughter and son-in-law, Leslie and Harold Scilley; five grandchildren and their spouses, Mark (Brooke), Gilbert, AZ; Michael (Denise), Layton, UT; Jeff (Karissa)  Lehi, UT; Matthew (Terri), Gilbert, AZ; and Jenny (Aaron) Westbroek, South Weber, UT; 11 great-grandchildren; and one brother and sister-in-law, Alan and Vicki.  He was preceded in death by his wife, LouJean.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.  Friends may visit with family on Saturday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd.
