Keith Allen Mather

Keith Allen Mather, 57, of Layton, Utah passed away on Tuesday, June 2, 2015.

He was born April 8, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah the son of Roland and Amelia Reid Mather.

Survived by his wife Carolyn and five children: Christine (Joel) Heath, Melanie, Christopher, Michael and Corie.

Funeral services will be held Monday, June 8, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the North Park Ward, 202 W. 1675 N., Layton, Utah. Friends may visit family Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road and Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the church.

Interment, Valley View Cemetery, West Valley, Utah.
