Keith Alan Rayl

14 July 1959-23 December 2019

At age 19, Keith entered the Rochester, New York mission serving honorably for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints. In 1983 Keith had a catastrophic fall from a rock formation during a family river trip which kept him wheelchair bound for 36 years.

He married his wife Hilda in 1998. They were sealed in 2002 in the Bountiful Temple. She cared for him and stayed by his side throughout their trials and adventures in life. It was their wish that he would pass away at home.

In addition to his wife Hilda, he is survived by: his mother Claudia  Rayl, his son Blake Rayl, and step-children Sara(Chad) Langford, Carrie (Albert) Herras, Holly (Joseph) Child, Sander (Marianna) Anderson and Brooke Nelson along with 15 grandchildren and one great grandson, His siblings are Susan (Bill) Whipple, Gary (Angela) Rayl, Glen Rayl, Blaine (Anna) Rayl, John Rayl, Christian (Shannon) Rayl, Richard Rayl, Poet Brent (Brenda) Rayl.

We wish to thank all the nurses and aides that helped care for Keith over the years. They were their angels to Keith and Hilda.

It brings us peace that Keith is now walking, running and enjoying the beauties of heaven with our other family members who have passed on before him.

A Memorial will be held in his honor, Saturday, May 16, 2020 in Layton Utah. Announcements will be made as plans are finalized.
