Keith Reeder
Keith Raymond Reeder passed away on September 4, 2019 at the age of 75 from complications of diabetes.
Keith was born in Idaho Falls, Idaho on January 13, 1944 to William and Ann (Schwarzmann). He graduated from Idaho Falls High School in 1962. He married his high school sweet heart, Billie Ann Petersen, on August 5, 1961. They had three children together, Teresa Ann, Brian Keith and Travis Wade.
Keith began his career at the Idaho National Laboratory in Arco, Idaho and learned to program computers when a computer filled an entire room. He continued his career in computer programming when he moved his family to Cody, Wyoming in 1974 and worked for Husky Oil Company. In 1982, after Husky Oil Company was bought by Marathon Oil Company, he moved to Littleton, Colorado and worked for Petro Lewis Corporation. He finished his career with Arapahoe County in Colorado and retired to take care of his ailing wife in 2006. He and Billie Ann moved to Woods Cross, Utah in 2010.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Billie Ann, and his brother Kenneth. He is survived by his three children and their spouses, Teresa Ann Robertson (Eric), Brian Keith Reeder (Julie) and Travis Wade Reeder (Shelly), his grandchildren, Jared Keith Robertson, Michael Wesley Robertson (Alecia), Tedric Reeder (Mayla), Michael Reeder, Josh Reeder (Heather), Emily Hill (Anthony), Gregory Reeder and Julia Reeder, and his great-grandchildren, Wesley Robertson, Makenzie Robertson, Avery Robertson, Gabriel Reeder, Brenner Reeder and Skylar Reeder.
Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday September 14, 2019 at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E., where friends may visit family from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to services. He will be laid to rest in the Bountiful City Cemetery next to his beloved wife.
