Keith Ray VanDrimmelen, 79, died Saturday, December 20, 2008 at his home in Roy.
He was born December 5, 1929 in Ogden, a son of Adrian Joseph and Marguerite Richardson VanDrimmelen.
On February 20, 1965, Keith married Delma Cloward in Elko, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Ogden LDS Temple.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he was a High Priest and served as the High Priest Group Leader. He also served in various other callings.
He worked in the printing business retiring after many years of service.
In his younger days, he left city life behind to pursue his love of horses and ranching. Keith also loved gardening, fishing and hunting with his family, and most of all, his wife, children and grandchildren.
Surviving are his wife, Delma, of Roy; one son and two daughters, Ron Barrett VanDrimmelen, Salt Lake City; Linda Webster, Salt Lake City; Adrienne (Ken) Moore, Redding, CA; 18 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Also surviving is one sister, Carol Williams of California.
Keith was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Joseph VanDrimmelen, Jr.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 23rd at 2 p.m. at the Roy 4th Ward Chapel, 5300 South 2100 West, with Bishop Trevor Armitstead, officiating.
Friends may call at the Ward Chapel on Tuesday from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.
