Kelly Andrew Martinez

Our Beloved Son, Brother, Uncle and amazing friend Kelly Andrew Martinez passed away on January 1, 2024 in Ogden, Utah.  He made his appearance in this world on March 7, 1973.  He is the beloved son of Max A. And Belma Martinez. Kelly grew up in Layton, Utah and was a Proud graduate of Clearfield High School (1991).

He was employed as a warehouse supervisor throughout Davis and Weber county.

He was also a member of the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Layton, Utah. If you knew Kelly you would know family came first but the 49ers were right behind. Kelly also enjoyed playing golf, shooting pool, traveling and camping and barbecuing his famous steaks.

Kelly is survived by his mother, Belma Martinez (Sanchez), his Soul mate and Love of his life Janet Roybal, sisters; Tami Martinez, Lisa Martinez (Kenny Chacon), brothers; Lonnie Martinez, Marty (Melanie) Martinez, James Fennell. His god child Danika Chacon.  He also had many nephews, nieces and cousins which all meant the world to him

Kelly is preceded in death by the greatest father in the world Max A. Martinez and everybody's Hero, his Little big brother Jason M. Martinez. And his niece that was too precious for earth Mysteree Roze.

Funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday January 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 210 Chapel Street, Layton, Utah.  Friends may visit with family Sunday January 7 from 6 to 7 p.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah.  A vigil with Rosary will be held at 7:00 p.m.

Interment, Clearfield City Cemetery.
