Kelsie Nicole Parmer
March 25, 2009 ~ July 13, 2017
Our dear sweet angel Kelsie Nicole Parmer was called home to her Heavenly Father on July 13, 2017 at the young age of 8. Kelsie was recently baptized a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter- day Saints which was something she was excited about despite having to get her face wet.
She was born March 25, 2009 in Ogden, Utah to Bryce and Kellie Parmer and lived in Layton, Utah her entire life. She was preparing to attend the 3rd grade at Whitesides Elementary where she was loved by other students and her teachers.
Kelsie always had a great imagination and loved to dress up like an arctic fox or black jaguar. She loved creating artwork and crafts and could build anything out of paper and tape. She had a toy entourage that would follow her wherever she went whether it was for an overnighter or simply a 2 hour visit. She was always sure to include her little brother Kevin in any game she was playing and had a special place in her heart for him. One word that would describe Kelsie is light. She could light up an entire room with her ear to ear smile and sweet spirit.
She looked forward to Sunday afternoons playing with cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents. Kelsie had an adventurous spirit and loved going to the park and playing outdoors.
Kelsie had a way of touching the hearts of those around her and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She leaves us with breaking hearts, but everlasting love.
She is survived by her parents, little brother Kevin, grandparents Kal and Ellen Parmer and Gary and Kathy Jepson.
We cannot thank the community enough for the love and overwhelming support we have felt through this heartbreaking time.
