Kenneth Crase

OGDEN – Kenneth Edward Crase passed away peacefully on Friday, June 7, 2019 at the age of 92.

He was born and died in the city he loved, Ogden.  In 1950, he met Joyce Spiers and married her while on leave from the U.S. Army.  Ken and Joyce would have celebrated 70 years of marriage later this year.

Upon returning as a Korean War veteran, he went to work as a sales representative for Swift and Company.  He would continue in sales for the remainder of his career.

He was an athlete, loved basketball, golf, traveling and gatherings at the family pool.  He was also an artist of wood sculpture.

He is survived by his wife and three children, Craig (Crystina), Kim (Nick) Jorgensen and Vicki Jones, along with 31 grand and great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by his parents, siblings and son-in-law, Dave Jones.

To live in the hearts we leave behind, is not to die.

Services will be held at a later date.
