Kenneth Cowlishaw Gillette passed away October 6, 2023 at his home in Clearfield, Utah.
Kenneth was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ray and Iris Cowlishaw. Ray was tragically killed in a mining accident, and he was later adopted by Walter Gillette.
He is survived by his wife, Dee Ellsworth, and his children, Kenneth David Gillette (Stacy) of South Jordan, UT; DeeAnne Seeger (Thomas) of Pittsburgh, PA; Jennifer Gibbon (Bryan) of Tallahassee, FL; Kenna Gillette of Riverside, CA; grandchildren, Stephen Gillette (Caulleen) of Stansbury Park, UT; Michael Seeger (Lauren) of Knoxville, TN; Catherine Zerega (Michael) of Cranberry, PA; Christopher Gillette (Sarah) of Sandy, UT; Matthew Gillette (Karli) of West Valley, UT; Rebecca States (Joseph) of Cranberry PA, Andrew Seeger, and William Seeger of Pittsburgh, PA; great- grandchildren, Kaylee, Kaitlynn, Kylee, Kilynn Gillette of West Valley, UT, Aero Gillette of Sandy, UT, Lawrence, Robert, and Andrew Gillette of Stansbury Park, UT, James Zerega of Cranberry, PA, and Oliver States, of Cranberry, PA, his sisters, Dorothy Haworth of Roseville, CA, and Ellen Hogue of Danville, KY; cherished nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother and father, Ray and Iris, his adopted father, Walter Gillette; his sisters, Shirley Miller and Gayle Gillette. Sadly his sister Dorothy Haworth passed away on October 9, 2023.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Lindquist’s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd., Ogden, Utah.
Services entrusted to Lindquist’s Ogden Mortuary.
