Kenneth Glen Jacox

Kenneth Glen Jacox, 88, died Saturday, September 21, 2013 surrounded by family after a long illness.

He was born August 21, 1925, the son of Arthur Ira Jacox and Lilla May Noice.

Ken was a long time employee of the Union Pacific Railroad.

He was an outdoorsman who loved fishing and hunting with his sons, family and friends. He was always one to share a funny story.

Ken is survived by his wife, Clara Jones Jacox and his four children, Lynna Brown, Tacoma WA; Darla Greer and husband, Greg Greer, Tulsa OK; Jeff Jacox and wife, Sharon Gorman, Kaysville; Ron Jacox, North Ogden; six grandchildren, seven great grand-children; and one brother, Robert Jacox, Pasco, WA.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three sister and two brothers.

The family extends a heartfelt thanks to Dr. Harry Senekjian, Dr. Daniel Humiston, and Dr. Allen Edgar for their many years of caring for Ken along with the family and many friends that helped with his care.

He will be dearly missed.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 28th at 1 p.m. Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. The family will meet with friends Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the mortuary.

Interment, Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd.
