Kenneth "Kenny" Oscar Givens

Kenny Givens, 68 years old, was born on September 24^th, 1955, and passed away on March 11^th, 2024. 

He is survived by his children, Kendu (Sarah) Givens, and Majik Givens; and four adoring grandchildren, Mia, Pharaoh, Nailah, and Melody “Mel”; brothers Arthur, Keith, and Karl; and sister Aasiya.  Kenny was preceded in death by his mother, Leola, Father, Alfred, and one of his closest brothers Michael.  

Our hearts are broken, but we are immeasurably blessed for having had Kenny in our lives, receiving his love, and sharing in his passion for life.

Kenny was a fun, loving, caring, strong-willed and courageous person, who loved life and cherished every day.  He cared for those important to him in a special way.  Kenny’s greatest joys were his family and friends.  He never lost his sense of humor, even in the most trying times. He will always be remembered.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Friday, March 22, 2024 at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, Utah, where friends and family may gather from 9:30-10:30am prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park,17111 S. Camp Williams Road in Bluffdale, Utah, where Military Honors will be presented.
