Kenneth Marvin Lent
LAYTON – Kenneth Marvin Lent, 75, passed away Monday, January 12, 2015.
He was born September 15, 1939 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the son of Albion Deforest and Lydia Mae Ledingham Lent.
Kenneth married Marilyn Janet Jackson on June 9, 1971 in Smithfield, Utah. She preceded him in death on February 26, 2002.
He served in the U.S. Navy. Kenneth was a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist for the Veterans Administration and an active member of the Deer Springs Ranch Community.
Kenneth was a member of the LDS Church.
Surviving are his son Eric, Longhorne, PA; daughter Ashley (Andrew) Collier, Fremont, CA; and one grandchild, Johnny Q.
Preceded in death by his parents and sister Barbara.
A celebration of life in his honor will be held on January 24, 2015 from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Oak Lane Ward, 2680 E. Cherry Lane in Layton, Utah.
