Kenneth Eugene Pilcher

“Gone Fishin”

Kenneth Eugene Pilcher, 76, passed away Monday, April 21, 2014 at McKay-Dee Hospital.  He had resided in Layton, Farmington and for the past six years Malad, Idaho.

He was born September 27, 1937 in Durango, Colorado the son of Delbert E. and Bertha Olbert Pilcher.

Kenneth married Judy Springer on November 15, 1958 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He was the Past President of the FOE in Layton.  Kenneth loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, woodwork, and most of all his family.

Surviving are his wife Judy, two sons, Curt (Carol), Morgan; Todd (Janna), Ogden; six grandchildren, Nicky, Josh, Tiffany, Dillon, Jared, Chantell and six great-grandchildren, Kylie, Hally, Caden, Addison, Harper and Willow.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 25, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Road.  Friends may visit Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the mortuary.  Interment, Kaysville City Cemetery.
