Kenny R. Frew, 43, passed away on November 4, 2013 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born on May 5, 1970 in Ogden Utah, the son of Ken and Bonnie Monson Frew. He grew up in Washoe Valley, Nevada, where he attended school and made many friends. In 1972, the family moved to Reno, Nevada. He later moved to Corpus Christi, Texas and and then Ogden, Utah.
He was a wild child who had the need for speed like his father. Kenny loved working on cars and helping others. He was "Mr. Fix-it", if it was broken he could fix it. He loved the mountains camping and hunting, "wrenching", baseball, music with KISS being his favorite group, racing cars, and riding his motorcycle. He spent a lot of time with his family, his kids were very important.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He was active in Scouting.
Kenny is survived by his parents, his sisters, Brenda Frew and Shelly Anderson, his wife, Christa Frew; his children, Angel Atmore, Shye-anne Frew, Mikayle Vaughan, and Preston Frew; four beautiful grandchildren; and three nephews, Christopher and Bobby Gilgert and Zachary Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Rheal and Bessie Monson, Ted and Laura Larson and Raymond and Donna Frew.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, November 11, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Lindquist''s Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. Services entrusted to Lindquist''s Ogden Mortuary.
